From Survival
to Significance.

Brittany Foti grew up surrounded by chaos, where PTSD and mental illness shaped daily life. By the age of ten, she had become a caregiver for her younger siblings. Two years later, adoption introduced another chapter of uncertainty.
Rather than allowing hardship to define her future, Brittany transformed adversity into purpose.
Working countless sixteen-hour days across multiple jobs, she built Valor Massage from the ground up. Her mission became bigger than massage — she envisioned a place where veterans, first responders, trauma survivors, and people overlooked by traditional healthcare could finally experience compassionate, personalized care.
Today, Brittany continues changing lives every day through leadership rooted in empathy, resilience, and service.
"True leadership isn't measured by titles.
It's measured by the lives you change."
